Sun of Seitan's Buffa-no Wings will arrive in a sweet chilli sauce (scream if you'd like to go hotter!) and can be cooked from frozen (although do ensure you've cooked them through). If you would like the 'chick'n on its own without any sauces to create your own dish, please let me know.  
Note that the item is delivered frozen and can be stored in the freezer when you receive it. When you want to enjoy your delicious wrap you can cook directly from frozen!
